Equipment selection, together with the hire period, delivery distance and event timings, can all significantly effect the total budget.
With all this in mind, the only real way to get an accurate cost is to ring us, discuss your project and get a quote.
This is the only way to guarantee everything is considered and the equipment you'll need, is available when you require it. However...
As a rough guide, for a 'typical' one day rental (whatever that may be!), it's rare that a basic system will cost less than £650 or a complex one more than £1,500 (+VAT).
N.B. LED displays, multiple-choice question support, furniture etc, all add more cost.
