Until we have some known trading history to evaluate, we do not offer credit facilities to any new customer, irrespective of status.
What this means in reality is that we ask you to pay 100% of the first three rentals, in advance, either by BACS transfer, cheque or credit card (we use Paya Services).
Payment typically needs to be made in the week prior to the production date.
For 'assisted' dry-hires (i.e. where equipment, once rigged, is left on-site without our crew), we need proof of a current insurance policy covering equipment rental, together with contact telephone numbers of two suppliers, with live websites, for reference purposes.
After three successful hires (within 3 years), we will open you a credit acount, but reserve the right to withdraw the facility, (and not reinstate it) if we are not paid within 30 days.
